  • Print inspection
    In most cases, customers choose our Print Inspection II system. The system signals when the print is no longer in order and is very easy and quick to install, even by the customer themselves.

  • Flat ribbon cable inspection
    Inspection, to guarantee the required product quality.
  • Gloss measurement
    If the gloss level of the surface is to be monitored, an application not only for cables.
  • Tape Inspection
    Continuous check for gaps in the winding.
  • Cable stranding inspection
    All important stranding parameters can be monitored.

► Flat ribbon cable inspection

Continuous in line control to guarantee the product quality and prevent failures.

Items controlled:

  • Cable width
  • Surface of the cable e.g. for dents and bubbles
  • Copper cores
    – Colour of the copper cores
    – Measuring the distances between the copper cores
    – Detection of bridges, constrictions
    – Twisting of individual cores

 

► Cable stranding inspection

The inspection system has been developed for the quality control of multi-core cables. The system has a modular design and can be integrated into existing production lines.
It is also possible to carry out the inspection at suitable points within the stranding machine.
Customers can use the results of the inspection system beyond quality assurance in the final inspection to optimise production. This allows the user to take immediate corrective action or reject faulty material.

Items to be checked:

  • Colour sequence of the cores
  • Colour tone of the individual cores according to LAB or HSL
  • Lay length
  • Uniformity of the stranding
  • Minimum and maximum width of the cable
