Since its foundation in 2002, DVS GmbH has developed into a company in the field of industrial image processing that knows how to find customers. We are particularly proud of our regular customers who have been requesting our systems again and again for many years. We often develop new systems together with our customers.
Our image processing systems are mainly used in the cable industry and by manufacturers/processors for the surface inspection of pipes, hoses and flat parts. Surface control, imprint control, colour control and quality and completeness control are mostly the tasks of the systems. Systems that are as standard as possible, but that are always prepared to cope with possible variations in inspection tasks or product variables.
As an integrator, we work for many companies that are looking for customised solutions for their production processes. Form and defect control of aluminium castings as well as high speed systems for small metal parts, control of a variety of rubber parts and other products, and much more. Each project is carefully and skilfully designed by our engineers from design to delivery. A second or third order is our greatest reward.
